Leads come directly from Zillow + other platforms. Most units rent fast. This is a great opportunity to earn steady commissions with No cold calling or lead generation needed. Commission is earned by brokers fee paid by either Landlord or Renter.
Duties include:
Responding to incoming rental leads quickly.
Scheduling and showing apartments.
Following up with prospective tenants.
Assisting with rental applications and lease signing.
Requirements:
Must have a Car
NJ Real Estate License (active)
Knowledge of Hoboken, Jersey City, and surrounding areas
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and organization skills
Flexible availability (some evenings/weekends)
