I started over 10 years ago with nothing and have successfully carved out a niche for myself in this highly competitive field. Now, I have more work than I can handle alone and am seeking to form a team.
Aside from guidance and leads, I am also offering partnerships on my listings (industrial, office and retail).

Qualifications:
- PATIENCE
- Positive, Persistent and Entrepreneurial mindset
- NJ Real Estate License (if you are not licensed, you will need to obtain one)
Work description:
- Show properties
- Research properties and set up tours
- Assist clients throughout deal-making process (write-up offers, negotiate etc.)
Compensation:
- 100% commission, no base-pay. This is an "eat-what-you-kill" business but you will be given leads and projects to work on from day 1.
