Small independent agency seeks detail-minded assistant to support broker, both in-office and from home, handling client service, admin, transaction management and various office needs. Follow up with inquiries, liaise with clients, occasionally show properties/conduct open houses, and help with general administrative duties including listing follow-through, paperwork, bookkeeping, office management, etc. Occasional opportunity for own client leads.
MUST have:
- Currently active New Jersey real estate license (minium 1 year in real estate preferred)
- Extensive admin experience including advanced computer skills (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Meticulous attention to detail, good with figures
- Good working computer/Internet capability from home
Great opportunity for independent contractor who is poised and well-groomed, with outgoing demeanor, takes pride in professional quality work, and available to work occasional weekends. Flexible hours depending on task; compensation commensurate with experience. Approx. 20-25 paid hours/week.
