- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease
- Coordinate property closings and ensure all necessary documents are in order
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in Fair Housing regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process

As a Real Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to help clients navigate the complex world of real estate transactions. We are looking for someone who is willing to commit to a growing company with plenty of opportunities to make money from rentals to property sales. We are willing to pay salary + commission for exclusivity. Must be comfortable with commuting between Hudson, Essex, Bergen county and some travel to Philadelphia, PA.
