Key Responsibilities:
Market and promote company listings across multiple platforms
Schedule and conduct property walk-throughs with clients
Qualify and follow up with leads consistently
Guide clients through the leasing process from application to move-in
Build and maintain lasting client relationships
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Must possess a valid New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson’s License or be actively working toward obtaining one.
Prior real estate experience is strongly preferred
Self starters who are committed to contributing to growth, and success
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Proficient in marketing, organization, and negotiation
Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
