We are looking for a motivated, charismatic Showing Agent to join our team in Hillside, NJ. In this role, you’ll be responsible for showcasing apartments to prospective renters and closing rental deals. We provide full training and a competitive commission structure, offering an excellent opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Show apartments to potential renters
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Close rental deals efficiently
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- English fluency (Spanish is a plus)
- Background check required
Schedule:
- Full-time availability during standard business hours is required (with some flexibility)
- Ideal candidates should be available to work full-time and willing to put in the time and effort to succeed
