Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Officer located in Cedar Grove, NJ. The Title Officer will be responsible for tasks such as Producing Title Commitment, Preparing Endorsements, Reviewing Proposed Sale Documents, Producing Title Policies, and providing excellent Customer Service
Qualifications
Experience in Producing Title Commitment, Preparing Endorsements, Reviewing Proposed Sale Documents, Producing Title Policies for New Jersey and New York.
Strong Customer Service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Good organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of real estate title industry practices and regulations is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Licensed Title Producer for the State of New Jersey and New York
