We are a growing Wholesale Area Rug & E-commerce & Mattress distribution company in need of an Office Manager & Warehouse Help .This is a long term position with potential growth. Ideal Candidate will train for 2 weeks.
Duties include but not limited to:
Prepare customer orders accurately and prepare for shipment
Help Load Van for Deliveries
Must have knowledge of Excel and basic office programs.
Prepare shipping labels for E-commerce orders
Light errands may be required such as post office, bank, etc.
Must be able to travel to visit customers when needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Incoming and outgoing phone calls , data entry, filing.
Communicate with clients regarding their sales orders, invoices, payments, etc.
Skills Required ;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs .Excel knowledge is a Must
(will train for Quickbooks)
Must have valid NJ driver's license.
High school education or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Office & Warehouse
