We are seeking a dependable, motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join out team!
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers in product selection, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a smooth and friendly customer experience.
The ideal candidate is knowledgable about vape products, and/or is willing to learn, has retail or customer service experience, enjoys interacting with people, and is passionate about helping customers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Greet and assist customers in finding the right product for their needs.
Offer expert advise on vape products, e-liquids, and accessories.
Educate customers about product features, usage, safety, and industry trends.
Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sales (POS) system.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and updating product displays.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking stock, and inventory counts.
Uphold store policies and ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements, including age verification.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and care.
Assist with end-of-shift store recovery.
Candidates must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Training will be provided.!
