HELP WANTED: Store Manager / Operations Lead
(Full Ownership Run the Store Build Sales)
We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who treats the store as their responsibility — not just a place they work during a shift.
This role is for someone who takes ownership, anticipates issues, and makes sure things get done even when no one is watching.
What You Own
Full day-to-day responsibility for the store
Customer service from start to finish (issues don’t get passed along)
Sales execution: walk-ins, phone leads, follow-ups, conversions
Receiving and managing deliveries (accuracy, organization, coordination)
Order flow, timing, and quality control
Identifying problems before they become fires
Fixing inefficiencies and improving how the store runs
Supporting local outreach and repeat business
Making sure nothing “falls through the cracks”

This Is NOT
A helper or assistant role

Schedule & Hours
25- 35 hours per week
Reliability and responsiveness matter
Occasional flexibility expected when issues arise
Compensation
$20–25/hour, based on experience and independence
Performance-based increases after 60–90 days
Opportunity to grow into higher responsibility and bonus tied to sales and performance
