Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our North Haledon location. The successful candidate will perform a variety of warehouse tasks including preparing customer orders, organizing shipments, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing customer orders for shipment.
Labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking shipments.
Loading and unloading products from trucks or containers.
Organizing incoming shipments and ensuring items are labeled and stored properly.
Moving products to storage areas using proper equipment and maintaining an organized system.
Picking and packing orders for shipment.
Counting and verifying product inventory.
Adhering to company policies and safety standards, including facility housekeeping rules.
Maintaining a safe work environment by following lifting and equipment protocols.
Performing general warehouse responsibilities.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Physical Demands:
Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 60 lbs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with staff at all levels.
Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of inventory.
Highly organized with the ability to store items efficiently.
Proficient in multitasking and problem-solving.
Frequent physical activities including standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting.
Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Requirements:
Valid ID or Driver's License.
Schedule:
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Expected weekly hours: 40 – 60 (occasional overtime and weekends as needed).
Work Location:
In-person, North Haledon, NJ.
