We are a Wholesale & Storage distribution company in need of an Office & Warehouse Help .This is a long term position with potential growth. Ideal Candidate will train for 1 week.
9am to 5pm
Duties include but not limited to:
Prepare customer orders accurately and prepares for shipment
Help Load and Unload Truck and Container
Capable to lift 49lbs
Forklift experienced is a Plus or we will train
Must have knowledge of Excel and basic office programs.
Prepare shipping labels for orders
Must be able to travel to visit customers when needed.
Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Incoming and outgoing phone calls , data entry, filing.
Communicate with clients regarding their sales orders, invoices, payments, etc.
Skills Required ;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs .Excel knowledge is a Must
(will train for Quickbooks)
Must have valid legal statues
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Office & Warehouse
