Yard Manager Needed – Lumber Yard
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Yard Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy lumber yard.
Responsibilities:
Manage yard staff and workflow
Maintain safety and inventory standards
Coordinate incoming/outgoing deliveries
Operate forklifts and other yard equipment
Requirements:
Prior experience in lumber, building materials, or warehouse operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to lift and handle heavy materials
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
Hours: Full-time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Location: Newark NJ
