We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Concierge-Security Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and guests, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and security of our property.
Requirements:
- Valid security license/certification SORA
- 10 years of experience in security, concierge, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
