Account Representative - New Business Development (SALES)

Location - Lyndhurst, NJ / Position Type - Full Time / Generous Salary - Base + Commission

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Bubble NYC Furniture Rental is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our winning team as an Account Representative. Your focus will be on new business development. You will increase Bubble NYC Furniture Rental revenues by identifying new marketplace opportunities and by personally interacting with potential/existing customers to sell them on our products and services. Here at Bubble, you will work with a team of inside/outside sales reps and distribution team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities in general are in the following areas. These may evolve as the business requires.

 Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly new lease goals as defined by sales leaders.

 Generate new business by way of networking, telemarketing, cold calls, and referrals. Willingness to travel both local and national as needed for customer meetings.

 Develop customized proposals for prospective customers to meet their unique needs. Present these proposals effectively and confidently address customer questions and concerns.

 Responsible for maintaining positive and meaningful relationships with decision makers.

 Maintain current client base by communicating with them on a regular basis to ensure most recent needs are met.

 Develop and demonstrate the features, benefits, and advantages of Bubble NYC.

 Maintain current knowledge of product and pricing on all inventory, and a design sense of how to create merchandising solutions that meet a customer need and utilize current inventory when required.

 Consult published lists for the most updated market information to be used in maintaining and/or generating business.

 Work well under time sensitive situations (time deadlines, delivery, and pick-up schedules); able to multi-task in fast paced environment.

 Maintain a professional sales appearance.

 Collaborate positively with fellow Bubble Team Members; embrace teamwork mindset.

 Flexibility in schedule to handle customer and business needs as they arise.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

 Must have b2b account sales experience with a history of maintaining and upselling existing/ inactive accounts.

 Experience in furniture rental sales, or the live events industry, not required but a big plus.

 Good analytical skills, the ability to create compelling solutions that meet customer needs, and the ability to sell the customer the benefits of our lease and rental proposals.

 Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

 Excellent computer skills.

 This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

HOURS:

 Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5 PM

 Occasional Saturday
