This would be an outside sales/marketing position in a predetermined area to create the relationships needed to drive business.
Develop relationships in industries that will help us grow, plumbing, property management, facility management, real estate. All with the goal to make sure All Dry Services of North Jersey is the name people think of when disaster strikes.
Sales simply stay in front of prospects and commissions are paid on business that is generated from your relationships! We are a location that is growing fast and need someone to help us get to the next level and stay with us long term.
Qualifications:
We are looking for the right attitudes! Be positive, be engaging, hold a conversation! We will teach the rest Must have a car (company car provided in near future), clean driver’s license and the ability to communicate clearly. Restoration/Construction experience helpful, but not required, sales experience preferred.
Some examples of daily responsibilities:
Log visits
· Report marketing/advertising items given out
· Manage route via software provided
· Take calls from lead sources
· Report the lead to dispatch or book call
· Other duties as assigned by the Owner/Operations Manager
· Review incoming leads / jobs
· Complete commission report
· Review day/week with Owner/Operations Manager
· Local travel only, Hudson, Essex, Passaic, Bergen, Morris Co’s
· Must have car and driver’s license
Job Type: Full-Time – Business Development Manager
Pay type: Salary $48,000+ and plus commission (1st Year $60,000+)
Gas Reimbursement (until company car provided), PTO, Commissions, bonus structure and opportunity for advancement.
Schedule: M-F 40 hours 9-5 - field emergency calls as needed
