Business Development Manger
All Dry Services is the fastest growing water and mold remediation company in the nation. We at All Dry Services of North Jersey are looking for a motivated person with to spread the word about our exciting brand! This would be an outside sales/marketing position in a predetermined area to create the relationships needed to drive business.
In short, you get to meet people and get paid for it! All with the goal to make sure All Dry Services of North Jersey is the name people think of when disaster strikes. ZERO high pressure sales, simply stay in front of prospects and commissions are paid on business that is generated from your relationships! We are a location that is growing fast and need someone to help us get to the next level and stay with us long term, while launching & growing a sales team.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with restoration industry experience, specifically on the sales and business development side. Be positive, be engaging, hold a conversation! We will teach the rest Must have a car (company car provided in near future), clean driver’s license and the ability to communicate clearly. Restoration/Construction sales experience preferred.
Some examples of daily responsibilities:
Log sales visits in our CRM
Report marketing/advertising items given out
Manage route via software provided
Take calls from lead sources
Report the lead to dispatch or book call
Other duties as assigned by the Owner/Operations Manager
Review incoming leads / jobs
Complete commission report
Review day/week with Owner/Operations Manager
Local travel only, Essex, Passaic, Bergen, Morris Co’s
Must have car and driver’s license
Job Type: Full-Time – Business Development Manager
Pay type: Salary $30-40,000+ and plus commission (5-15%) (1st Year $50,000+)
Gas Reimbursement (until company car provided), PTO, Commissions, bonus structure and opportunity for advancement, Disability, voluntary benefits & Dental.
Estimated yearly compensation: $40,000 - $100,000+ depending on YOU!
Schedule: M-F 40 hours 9-5
