We are seeking a motivated Call Center Coordinator and High End Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuasively selling our products or services. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who is comfortable making cold calls and has a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database
Present and promote products/services using persuasive sales techniques
Answer questions about products or the company
Enter and update customer information in the database
Meet daily and monthly sales quotas
Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Strong negotiation and closing skills
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
Proficient in basic computer applications
Bilingual
Medical experience or Dental experience preferred
Previous experience scheduling medical appointments and treatment plans preferred
Ability to work in a stressful environment and maintain a pleasant demeanor
Strong organizational skills
Must be a team player

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation DOE $20-$23/hour
