About the Role
We’re a growing technology services firm seeking a driven closer to generate new B2B revenue. This role is 100% commission with clear quotas, modern tools, and a simple offer structure. Ideal for an entrepreneurial salesperson who wants upside and autonomy.
What You’ll Do
Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B clients (phone, email, LinkedIn, events).
Run a crisp discovery → solution overview → proposal → close process.
Work in our CRM daily: log activities, update stages, maintain pipeline hygiene, and forecast accurately.
Collaborate on messaging, sequences, and targeted vertical campaigns.
Quotas & KPIs (monthly)
Activity: [250–400] targeted outbound attempts, [80–120] live connects.
Meetings set: [8–12] discovery meetings booked with qualified prospects.
Opportunities created: [6–8] qualified opps at ≥ $[X] projected MRR each.
Closed-won: [2–4] new clients and $[X,000] in new MRR.

Compensation (transparent & simple)
New MRR: 15% residual on collected net-new MRR for 12 months per account.
Projects / one-time services (onboarding, migrations, hourly labor): 12% of collected services revenue.
Hardware / pass-through software licenses: 5% of gross margin (if any).
Expansion/upsell MRR (same customer within 12 months): 10% residual for 6 months on the net new MRR added.
Accelerators (monthly):
+5 percentage points on the portion of new MRR closed > $5,000 in a calendar month.
+10 percentage points on the portion of new MRR closed > $10,000 in a calendar month.
SPIFFs (targeted campaigns):
$250 bonus per closed-won deal in named verticals or approved bundles (announced in advance).
Payout & Terms:
Paid monthly on collected revenue (no advances/draws), by the 15th for the prior month.
Clawbacks: If a new logo cancels or is 60+ days delinquent within 60 days of go-live → 100% clawback of paid commission; 61–180 days → 50% clawback. Commissions stop if service is cancelled.
1099, commission-only. No base salary.

What You Bring
1–3+ years B2B sales (tech/services preferred) or strong transferable hunting experience.
Comfortable with commission-only and working a consistent outbound rhythm.
Pipeline discipline: lives in the CRM, accurate notes, reliable forecasting.
Clear, concise communicator; coachable; competitive; ethical.
