Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Dealer Relationship Associate to join our team. This role (in office and in the field) involves engaging with used car dealerships to onboard new dealer partners, nurture existing relationships, and drive new business. This role will also involve analyzing loan applications that come in, managing the sale of cars in our inventory, and other related back-end office work.
Key Responsibilities
·Identify and onboard new dealership partners.
·Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealer partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
·Analyze and underwrite loan applications.
·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of dealer-submitted contracts.
·Guide the sale process for cars in inventory, including obtaining necessary paperwork, following up on sales, and ensuring payment.
Qualifications
·Experience in finance, dealership operations, or related field preferred.
·Strong networking and organizational skills.
·Ability to work independently.
·Proficiency with computers and internet.
·Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
