As our company grows, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Content Packout Manager to join our team. Job Description:
We are seeking a sales-focused Content Packout Manager to drive business development, establish and manage key relationships, and oversee the execution of emergency packout services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration or content packout sales and be skilled at building professional networks while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development
Leverage your network and relationships with restoration companies, public adjusters, and TPAs to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain professional connections through in-person meetings, door-to-door outreach, and networking events (e.g., BNI meetings).
Utilize online directories, social media, and industry tools to expand the company’s market presence and client base.
Create and deliver sales proposals tailored to client needs.
2. Operational Support
Oversee the execution of packout services to ensure jobs are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
Collaborate with operations teams to manage inventory processes and ensure accurate documentation.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and addressing concerns promptly.
3. Claims and Insurance Coordination
Work closely with insurance adjusters and TPAs to ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
Utilize Xactimate to support claim management and estimate jobs according to industry standards.
4. Customer Service Excellence
Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service delivery and resolving any customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Foster trust and long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years in restoration industry, with a focus on sales and business development. content restoration & emergency packout is a plus!
Proficiency with Xactimate and experience working with insurance companies and adjusters is required.
Experience in inventory management and customer service specific to the packout industry.
Skills:
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle high-pressure situations.
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
College degree preferred.
Certifications in restoration or content management are a plus.
Transportation:
Must have a reliable car (car allowance provided).
