Weld Power Generator located in Andover, NJ is currently looking to add to their team & currently looking to fill the role of:
Entry Level Sales Associate - Cold Caller / Lead Prospector
The daily duties of this position include:
-Utilizing company software, create lists of targeted leads in an attempt to grow our customer base.
-Make contact with leads via phone & email in an attempt to gain interest in our services.
-Set up appointments for site visits with potential customers.
-Log any "hot" leads into company CRM platform.
-Work with Sales Team & Management on pricing of services to potential customers.
This is an Entry Level position & willing to train the right person.
Ideal candidate should possess the following skills to be successful in this position:
-Personable. Must be comfortable talking on the phone
-Articulate. Must be able to formulate a professional email.
-Reliable. Must be willing to show up for work.
-Knowledge of computers. Must know how to use a computer.
-Fast Learner - Must be able to learn & retain knowledge.
There is room for advancement for those who can excel in this role.
This is a fulltime position M-F 8:00am - 4:00pm
Overtime is available.
Starting Salary: $25.00 / hr. Based on experience.
