We are looking for the right individual to manage. This position will report to the owners and will be responsible for prospecting leads, developing & maintaining customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
Build and maintain relationships with customers within territory
Develop firm technical acumen and market knowledge
Complete weekly customer visit reports
Represent company brand throughout industry
Display consistent passion, diligence and self-motivation
Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
1-3 + years of experience in sales willing to teach the right person
General knowledge of the paving industry and construction
Experience interacting with executive-level customers
Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Applications & smart phone technology
Extremely self motivated and detail oriented
Ability to multitask in a high-paced work environment
