Join our team as a Junior Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop and showcase your skills in customer service, lead development, & business development while contributing to our dynamic sales team.
Duties:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value of our products/services
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Utilize warm and cold calling techniques to generate leads and build relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilize software tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Support Sr. Sales Representatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and sales
- Proficiency in spoken and written English communication
- Knowledge of moving/relocation business a plus
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Familiarity with inside sales techniques
- Experience in selling high end services based on quality & reputation instead of solely price based
- Excellent computer skills
