What you’ll do:
Lease market-rate apartments and keep occupancy at 100%
Tour prospects and highlight our beautiful homes & amenities
Follow up with leads and turn them into happy residents
Handle applications, leases, and move-ins quickly & accurately
Deliver outstanding customer service to new and current residents
Other Administrative task
What we need:
Outgoing, energetic personality – you enjoy talking to people
Sales or customer service experience (leasing, retail, hospitality, etc.)
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Willing to work on weekends when prospects tour most
