Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced National Account Sales Manager to develop and lead our national sales initiatives for a premier facility maintenance and repair product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise-level account acquisition, team building, and overseeing all aspects of marketing and sales delivery—managing within defined budget guidelines to drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting large, multi-site facility operators and enterprise accounts
- Recruit, train, manage, and lead a team of up to 10 regional sales professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national-level facility managers, property owners, and commercial decision-makers
- Oversee all facets of sales and marketing: campaigns, proposals, customer presentations, and contract negotiations
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and budgetary requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience with national/enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated success in building, training, and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong background in facility maintenance, building systems, or related service/product verticals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and team development
Compensation:
$100,000 base salary plus a percentage of growth, with significant upside potential based on team and company performance.
