We are opening a new office and need 3-4 energetic and hungry sales agents. Being bilingual is always a plus but not necessary. You must have at least 5 years of sales experience, that is a must! This is not a salary job. If you like making what you’re worth on straight commission to make above-average incomes then this is the job for you.
We will give you your territory in one of the 4 counties in the PSE&G territory.
Based on a full county for each sales agent.
You need a hunter mentality and be eager to find and sell new business.
You need to love talking to people be outgoing and assume the sale always.

We are distributors of LED light Fixtures.
You only sell to the commercial market not residential.
You will look for all types of businesses that are using fluorescent bulbs.
You will offer our free inspection to count all their lights and then show them our lights.
Our lights burn about 50% less wattage, and last for years.
Our lights also give them about 30% brighter light.
Energy efficient, and is much more refreshing for their working environment.
Maintenance free.
Most of the lights can come with sensors if needed.
We do outside wall pack lights and Pole lights for the parking lots.
All the lights are rebateable and the customer only pays $10 out of pocket for each light fixture. EZ sale!
We also sell 4’ and 8’ linear lights, and linear high bay lights for warehouses as well as round UFO lights used in shops and warehouses. Office panel lights, outside wall packs, and pole lights for parking lots all get instant rebates.
We are offering the customer the PSE&G rebates which cover about 90 to 95% of their costs.
We sell our lights in two different ways. We offer larger businesses with 30 or more lights an instant upfront rebate of only $10 for each new Light Fixture.
We also include the installation!
The retail costs for these lights can cost from $65 as high as up to $280 depending on what type of light they need and all they pay is $10 out of pocket.
We give you samples of the 4 to 5 lights that are the most commonly used so you can demonstrate how beautiful they are and the different functions they provide.
Once they see our lights sell themselves and best of all they cost only $10 per light fixture
We pay the highest commission of $10 per light. So for example you inspect a warehouse and they have 80 lights. You would make 80 x $10 = $800! That is just one sale.
Imagine you get 3 or 4 sales that week and your first sale is 80 lights, the second sale is 50 lights, the third sale is 30 lights, and a small 4th sale for 15 lights. The four sales total 175 lights sold so your weekly commission would be $1750.
We will also offer monthly bonuses after 90 days in the field. You also would receive $75 per week as a gas bonus.
You are a 1099 independent agent. You have certain advantages as a 1099 sales agent for expense write-offs etc. You can check with your account.
