We’re hiring a part-time office assistant with solid customer relations experience, that’s mandatory.
You’ll be the friendly voice and face of our company, helping clients, managing schedules, and keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner
Schedule, confirm, and adjust cleaning appointments
Handle customer inquiries and feedback
Communicate with our cleaning teams throughout the day
Maintain accurate client notes and service details
Provide follow-up to ensure every client is satisfied
Requirements:
Bilingual (English–Spanish) — Required
Customer service or customer relations experience — Required
Excellent communication and phone skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using computer and scheduling software
Friendly personality and professional demeanor
Hours:
Part-time, 20 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 2 PM
