We are Staffing company looking for a Sales Manager for the North Jersey area.
Responsibilities
-The primary focus is to develop a targeted list of prospective medium to large accounts and close opportunities for our Staffing company and ensure smooth transition to the delivery team
-As a Staffing Account Manager, you will develop and maintain business relationships with prospective clients and identify customer business challenges to present proper solutions and service offerings
-Develop and maintain strong business relationships with prospective clients by conducting site visits, virtual meetings, networking and partner events
-Take ownership of a sales pipeline and collaboration with Sales Leadership
Extensive cold calling via phone and in person to new businesses to secure new business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in comparable field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- 5 years extensive sales experience in generating major accounts in the staffing industry or related industries.
- History of success selling business to business or large sized accounts
- Good computer and communication skills
