Our teams of agents are responsible for helping people receive government benefits in our community by giving out Sim cards as a monthly free service to households along with home internet and billing services as a Service provider.
Agents will operate outdoor information, engage in direct marketing to community members, and guide customers through the application process. Agents strive to meet and exceed our standards for our teams and are rewarded for excellent performance.

Ability and willingness to learn
Being bilingual is a plus (not required)

Requirements:
Must be comfortable working outdoors
Must be able to stand and walk for up to an hour at a time
Responsibilities:
Agents are expected to engage directly with community members, informing them about the service programs and assisting with enrollment applications. Our Field Agents are expected to gain a complete understanding of the sales industry through our comprehensive, training program. This includes customer enrollment training, issue resolution, and team activity coordination. All team members must also be able to fulfill all compliance requirements for programs and maintain our customer-first, zero-tolerance, fraud prevention standards.
