SALES ENGINEER MANAGER
for the US and Canada and Mexico
This Position is a General Management role with an emphasis on Contract Management, Sales, Business Development and Program Management in the commercial and government business sectors. Background includes successful domestic and international work with sales and business development for custom products and advanced technologies.
We need candidates with knowledge and experience in Federal procurement. With some experience working directly with governmental officials and agencies. Should have also hands on experience with cost estimating and pricing, solicitation review and proposal preparation, contract negotiations and closing, drafting and resolution of contractual arrangements.
Main duties are :
Analysis of the market
Identification of prospects and industry contacts
Introduction to the products
Representation in person and digital meeting
Participation at exhibitions (attending on a booth here and in Europe)
Commercial Negotiation: Working with existing clientele while developing new clients
Profile:
Some knowledge in Defense and Aero industry; working . with government agencies including military organization will be a plus
Ability to prioritize opportunities within the Prospects and assess the needs of the Prospects
Ability to travel in the CONUS, OCONUS and in Canada.
COMPENSATION : base salary will vary depending on experience and qualification
up to 140K plus bonuses calculated (%) on sales and results (see below)

Order amount above $1,000,000 US 2% from $1.00 to $1,000,000 US
0.5% from $1,00,001 USand up
