About Us:
We are a growing used car dealership committed to providing our customers with high quality vehicles, excellent financing options, and exceptional service. We’re looking for a motivated and customer focused Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team under the supervision of the sales manager.
Reporting: Sales Representatives report directly to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet, assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and dealership services.
Negotiate sales and close deals while maintaining a customer first approach.
Follow up with leads, maintain CRM records, and respond promptly to inquiries.
Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and automotive market trends.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
