We are growing rapidly and seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business opportunities.

Location: Remote

## Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with small to mid-sized businesses, understanding their communication needs and presenting tailored VoxRush solutions.

Product Demonstrations: Confidently present and explain our VoIP services, AI voice agent solutions, and related tools to decision-makers.

Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a smooth handoff to the onboarding team.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Feedback: Gather customer insights and feedback to help shape future product enhancements.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in the CRM system.

## Qualifications

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently. We want a hustler who is willing to put in the effort to earn unlimited commissions.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and online sales tools.

Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

## Preferred Skills

Experience selling VoIP, cloud communications, or AI solutions is helpful but not required.

Must have Spanish fluency

## Compensation & Benefits

This position will be paid a minimum of $500/week plus commissions. Earned commissions will be paid on a monthly recurring basis so total compensation is uncapped depending on sales efforts. Further details provided upon interview.
