3 Month Training Program:

Initial Assessment & Foundational Training: Begin with a personalized assessment and gain essential knowledge to build a strong foundation.

Career Path Development: Explore various career tracks, including Sales Leadership, Senior Sales Consultant, or Talent Development & Acquisition, tailored to your strengths and interests.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and attend appointments with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar energy.
Address any questions or concerns homeowners may have regarding solar power.
Guide homeowners through the sales process, building trust and closing deals.
Develop and maintain a network of customers through referrals and professional networking.
Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay current on industry trends and sales techniques.
Required Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
Must be trainable, coachable, and possess a strong drive to succeed.
Willingness to work nights and weekends.
Completion of pre-employment assessments is required.
Sales experience is preferred; however, candidates with a strong aptitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
