What You’ll Do
Answer stylist and consumer questions via phone, email, chat, social media, Ratings & Reviews, and e-Commerce.
Provide expert guidance on our product lines to salons and customers.
Help consumers select the right products and educate them on usage.
Recognize opportunities to cross-sell and place orders using our system.
Track and report on consumer feedback to help improve products and service.
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
Support team goals while working independently on a flexible schedule.
