Job Summary:
Bluerun Ski Training Center seeks instructors to provide safe, engaging ski/snowboard lessons for children and adults. Reports to leadership; pay based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead private and group lessons, adhering to company's safety standards.
Teach all levels, beginner to advanced.
Coordinate lessons, events, and conditioning sessions.
Process payments and provide excellent customer service.
Participate in industry events and maintain knowledge of safety practices.
Qualifications:
Experience assessing student skills and personalizing lessons.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
English fluency required; PSIA/AASI certification preferred. Physical Requirements:
Physical fitness for training and lessons; lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
