Circuit style working that combines boxing with strength and conditioning.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one boxing pad work to members during their workout circuit.
- Coach members on form and technique as they cycle through our workout stations involving strength/condition/boxing.
- Turn up to work with a positive attitude and to have fun!
- Maintain and promote our core value of inclusivity.
Requirements:
- Personal training: 1 year minimum (Required)
- Boxing Training: 1 year minimum (Required) (padwork and teaching form + technique)
- Have at least intermediate boxing coaching and pad work experience.
- Energy and enthusiasm! This is crucial as you will be required to always be on the move around the studio, bouncing from member to member delivering pad work.
- Enjoy working with people and building meaningful relationships.
- Meet minimum fitness level requirements.
- Possess First Aid and CPR certifications.
- PT training certification preferred but not required.
