Strong & Shapely Gym is in need for immediate filling at the 4AM- 9AM position. Must be responsible and be on time. Shift starts promptly at 4AM so you will need to be at work by 3:50 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Handle membership inquiries, registrations, and account updates.
Manage check-ins and check-outs for members.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
Assist in scheduling classes and personal training sessions.
Promote gym programs and membership sales.
Address member concerns and provide solutions promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in basic computer skills; experience with membership software is a bonus.
