Your Mission:
Craft the Ultimate Experience: Oversee every detail—ensuring our male clients feel like kings, from the stocked snacks and drinks to their interactions with the best professionals in wellness.
Build & Lead a Top Team:
Hire, train, and inspire the finest in massage, skincare, and waxing. Set a standard that others can’t match.
Maximize the Pluviam Room:
Command our luxury amenities: sauna, steam room, shower, and soon, the ice plunge and oxygen tank. Your goal? Keep subscriptions fully booked and clients always coming back.
Earnings & Rewards:
30% Profit Sharing:
Earn 30% of profits. With full bookings, that’s over $600,000 annually.
Performance Bonuses:

5% Bonus of profits sharing: Reach $2.2 million in annual revenue.
