As a nail technician your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients
Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients
Analyze, consult and perform high-quality beauty services in a professional and comfortable setting
Meet and exceed service and retail objectives
Execute services to Mahalo Holistic Beauty Bar standards
Review your schedule on our Boulevard app
Check in and out clients with our POS system
Product Knowledge; to educate clients on our products and services
Knowledge of hygiene and policy standards
A willingness to learn
Adapting to new situations quickly
Maintain appropriate conversations before during and after the service
Restock the room according to company standards
Sanitize and clean room/station after EVERY service and EVERY shift
Be customer service driven
We only do regular manicure/pedicure services with non-toxic products. NO GELS, NO ACRYLICS
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience is a plus (at least 2 years of experience) but we are willing to train the right candidate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- VALID NJ nail technician/cosmetologist/massage therapist LICENSE. We welcome recent graduates and temporary licenses
– Positive, enthusiastic, personable attitude and passionate about everything related to beauty.
– Deep and thorough understanding of nails and products.
– Consistently delivers remarkable customer service
– Able to work under pressure with performance goals and sales requirements
– Schedule flexibility required including nights and weekends
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Reliable and punctual
