Job Summary:
As an IT Intern, you will work closely with our IT support and systems team to provide assistance with hardware, software, and networking tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience, develop your technical skills, and contribute to real projects that impact day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software
-Provide support to end-users via help desk tickets, email, and in person
-Support the setup and onboarding of new employees (e.g., provisioning laptops, accounts)
-Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory
-Help maintain and monitor network systems and servers
-Participate in special projects and IT initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
-Basic understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common productivity tools
-Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred (but not required):
-Experience with basic networking concepts (e.g., IP addresses, routers, switches)
-Familiarity with ticketing systems or remote support tools
-Previous internship or technical support experience
