Technical Job Description:
- Basic hardware knowledge including printers
- Basic network understanding including LAN, IP, DNS, DHCP, & basic routing
- O365, Windows OS , Mac
- Remote desktop services
- Active directory
- RMM tools
- VPN
- Knowledge of backups
- Prior MSP experience preferred but not required
Daily tasks and job requirements - include, but not limited to:
- Working with vendors / clients on the phone, through email and onsite
- Documentation maintenance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a valid Driver's License & reliable vehicle
- Must be organized, attention to detail, ability to work independently as well as a team player.
- You must be well-spoken, be extremely personable/customer-service oriented, and thrive on the pressure that comes with working in a faced paced IT environment with the capability of multi-tasking.
