We are seeking a talented and experienced individual or production company for long-term engagement to manage and execute in-studio video shoots that frequently involve remote guests. This role requires full production capabilities, from initial concept to professionally edited, high-quality short-form video content optimized for various social media channels.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute in-studio video shoots, ensuring smooth operation and high production value.
Expertly integrate remote guests into the studio environment utilizing appropriate technology and techniques to ensure seamless interaction and visual consistency.
Manage all aspects of production (utilizing professional grade equipment), including but not limited to:
Camera operation
Lighting
Audio recording
Set design and management
Professionally edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality shorts optimized for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Ensure all video content aligns with our brand guidelines and objectives.
Deliver final video assets in specified formats and timelines.
Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during production and post-production.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing and executing in-studio video productions.
Demonstrated expertise in seamlessly integrating remote guests into studio environments.
Must possess your own professional-grade video production studio, including cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and editing software. Please clearly outline your studio capabilities in your application.
Exceptional video editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
