A Qualified Carpenter
Job Description:
Layout work and read commercial blue prints ( Run a crew while performing hands on carpentry )
Install partitions, doors and finish accessories
Measure, cut, or shape wood, metal, drywall and other materials
Construct building frameworks, including wall studs, floor joists, and doorframes
Framing installation, repairs
Drywall installation, repairs
Ceiling installation, repairs
Trim, door hanging, hardware installation
Blocking, Sheathing
Work Environment:
Supportive upper management
Short-term, overnight, out of town travel (a possibility, based on project)
Results-oriented, team-based work ethic
Requirements:
Candidate MUST have Experience
Candidate MUST be able to legally work in the US
Candidate MUST be at least 18 years of age
Candidate MUST be physically able to complete the work and lift over 100 LBS
Candidate MUST have their own tools
Candidate MUST be able to read commercial blueprints
Candidate will be motivated to get every project done-On Time.
Candidate will possess an “Adapt and Overcome” attitude
Candidate must be a detail-oriented, self-starter with a positive attitude
Candidate be an all-around team player
Candidates must have a valid driver's license with good driving record
Candidate must follow through, exemplify initiative
Must have a smart phone
