Busy collision repair shop looking for an experienced Estimator /Customer Service.
Must know CCC estimating software & be able to handle DRP volume.
Some daily tasks include: Call customers to confirm appointments for next day;
Meeting with all customers at check in & go over the vehicle with them while assessing damages,
Relaying information to the owner in the body shop for DRP disassembly; Write Total Loss estimates;
Write estimates for walk ins & take photos; QC vehicles when needed;
Contact insurance companies for supplements, rental res, etc.; Meet with customers picking up their vehicle, go over repairs completed, address any questions/concerns; Answer phones and respond to customer & insurance company emails; Work with another employee in the office.
Work week is 40 hours (M-F). 7:30am start 3 days a week & 8am start 2 days a week,
out at 4:45pm M-Th & 3:15pm on Fridays, closed Sat. & Sun.
I-CAR classes available (online & live).
Pay based on experience, skill and knowledge.
