We’re growing fast and are looking to hire a skilled Cabinet Painter to join our team and deliver high-quality refinishing work across the Bloomfield, NJ metro area and nearby communities.
Requirements :
> Cabinet Painter - Minimum 5 years of experience in cabinet painting, refinishing, or comparable surface finishing
> Experience with spray and/or brush/roll applications (HVLP preferred)
> Skilled in surface prep: sanding, priming, cleaning, and taping
> Attention to detail with a commitment to a clean, smooth, and professional finish
> Must own all necessary tools and have reliable transportation
Must be punctual, dependable, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Strong communication and a professional, respectful demeanor in clients’ homes
Key Responsibilities
> Arrive on time to each job site and ready to work
> Follow instructions from the project manager and adhere to company standards
> Properly prep cabinets and surrounding areas before painting
> Apply finishes with consistency, care, and quality
> Maintain a clean job site throughout and at the end of each workday
