Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction and renovation of residential projects under the guidance of experienced carpenters and project managers.
- Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and general construction duties.
- Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and homeowners.
- Uphold company policies and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in carpentry or construction preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to interact professionally with homeowners and other stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work on various job sites throughout Northern New Jersey.
