This ad is for someone skilled in carpentry and skilled trades for a small project beginning in Montclair/Clifton in a few weeks.
You don't need to know all of these things, but ideally, we are looking for someone knowledgeable in at least several of these:
Sheetrock, spackle
Tile
Framing
Other skilled trades (masonry/stucco, electric, plumbing)
Pay is based on experience and other factors, but we can 1099 or W-2. Starting rates can range from $20 (general labor) to $30 an hour. We would have work for at least 40 hours a week.
