Growing construction company seeking an assistant supervisor, driver, equipment coordinator.
Requirements:
1) COLLEGE DEGREE (will consider exceptions for ample experience)
2) Clean driver license and driving record
3) Clean criminal record
4) Trustworthy, loyal, honest, hardworking
5) Go getter attitude that will do whatever it takes
6) Some construction experience (knowledge of types of tools, materials, etc)
7) Experience with minor maintenance like oil changes etc is a PLUS
8) Engineering or architecture background a huge plus (you will work under an engineer)

Job description:
1) You will be responsible for communicating with leadership about project progress, sending reports on work completed, watching workers, sending photos of work
2) You will be responsible for running to supply houses regularly to buy material, sometimes it will be in a personal vehicle sometimes it will be in company vehicles.
3) You will be responsible for keeping maintenance logs on tools, keeping track of tools that need service, servicing any tools and equipment you can personally and sending out or dropping off any tools to service centers that require attention. You must be super on point, you must learn all of the equipment, guard it, treat it as your own, and make sure all of it stays in great shape always. You must manage a list of vendors and suppliers, know where to go and when, and communicate all of your actions to leadership ALWAYS.
4) You will help out as needed with moving around equipment from the warehouse to various projects, moving around material, helping mobilize and demobilize jobs, etc. This will involve manual labor of lifting, loading, driving.
5) You must be hungry and willing to learn, you will be in a fast paced extremely challenging environment. You must be smart and good at communicating. You must be organized, know how to use technology, iphones, ipads, etc, and be able to communicate regularly. If you are forgetful, this job is not for you.
6) You must read, write, and speak english FLUENTLY. Your english must be perfect.
7) If you have any experience reading plans or using lasers etc, that is a huge plus.
8) You should be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and accomplish the objective. No is never the answer. You must be willing to be passionate about your work and show it.
