Job Duties
The AHS Craftsman effectively uses hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment. He/She is a professional with excellent customer service skills and desires to supervise other employee(s). He/She has demonstrated ability as a competent craftsman.
Job Responsibilities
Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
Carpentry
Drywall repair
Painting
Tile work
Basic plumbing and electrical
Project Estimating
Supervision of craftsmen
Take pride in doing it right the first time
Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the US
5+ years of Craftsman experience, that you believe is 5 star rated
Have a valid drivers license, own truck/van and auto insurance
No serious/major/accumulated traffic violations/convictions that would negate your ability to drive a company vehicle if needed
Have a solid, organized set of tools to complete most craftsmen jobs
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
Excellent customer service skills; Comfortable talking with customers
Able to learn how to use software and record required information in a computer related device such as a tablet
Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
